Privacy

This page explains the information Arbly collects during the private beta and how it is used.

Information we collect

If you join the waitlist, we store your email address. During early access, bookmaker preferences, saved prices, tracked bets and product settings are stored in your browser.

How we use it

We use this information to operate Arbly, sync your account, invite users to the beta, improve product reliability and communicate material product updates. We do not sell personal information.

Storage and retention

Member and waitlist data is stored with the hosted Arbly service. Device-only data may also be stored in your browser. We retain beta data while your account or waitlist registration remains active, or as reasonably required for security and legal obligations.

Your choices

You can use the public comparison workspace without an account. You may request removal from the waitlist by replying to an Arbly beta email, and clear browser-saved product data through your browser settings.

Important note

This beta privacy notice is a practical summary and should be reviewed by an Australian privacy professional before broad commercial launch.
