Information, not betting services
Arbly compares third-party bookmaker information and provides calculation and tracking tools. Arbly does not accept bets, hold betting funds or guarantee that a displayed price will be available or accepted.
No guaranteed profit
Odds can move, bets can be rejected or limited, markets can be voided and data can be delayed or incorrect. Market-relative price differences are not predictions of value or profit. You are responsible for checking every price, market and stake before acting.
Beta availability
Features, coverage and pricing may change during testing. Arbly may pause or remove access to protect users, data providers or the service.
Responsible use
Never stake more than you can afford to lose. If betting stops being enjoyable or controlled, stop and seek support from an appropriate Australian gambling-help service.

These beta terms are not a substitute for terms prepared for Arbly’s final business model. They should be reviewed by an Australian lawyer before paid subscriptions open.
